Project Overview
To develop video editing skills, I designed a short film to capture the memories of the early days of my relationship with my husband.The intent was to create a memento for the future as a sort of video diary. I utilized film clips, photos, and documentary-style narration to convey the story in an honest and impactful retelling. The editing process required basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro in order to effectively execute j and l cuts, color correction, resizing, image pushes, and sound design. This film was created for the Harvard Extension School course Video Editing and Film Design in August 2024.
